Strainer or Infuser
Once the tea is brewed it needs to be poured through a strainer, which will collect all of the leaves from the liquid. Alternatively you can use an infuser, which is a basket shaped filter that holds the tealeaves in and infuses the water with tea. The tea is placed in the infuser and the infuser is placed inside the teapot, after which the water is added. Once the brewing time is up, you simply remove the infuser from the pot.
